Located in the heart of the old town of Rapperswil, we are a young startup offering all Home Energy Management System (HEMS) manufacturers the opportunity to use our software to make their solutions more attractive to end users and thus maximize their energy-saving potential.
We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from generating new leads and closing licensing agreements to ensuring the long-term success of your clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and an established network within the energy industry in Switzerland.
Generate new business opportunities through cold-calling, emailing, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and lead qualification to negotiation and closing licensing agreements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our solution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for your closed accounts, addressing their needs and providing ongoing support to foster customer loyalty and retention.
Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to provide client feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Proven track record as a top-performing Account Executive, Business Development Manager, or similar sales role.
Demonstrated success in cold-calling and prospecting to generate and close new business.
Strong expertise and an established network within the energy industry in Switzerland is essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Fluency in English and German, with French being a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
